Cancelling the Order

We come up with the exchange facility and it's applicable once for each product. And you have to request for the exchange within 7 days of delivery. Make sure that you satisfy the following conditions before requesting for an exchange:

• You should avoid opening or using the product.
• Keep the tags in the same condition.
• Products purchased with a discounted price are excluded for exchange.
• Products of all categories are not accepted for exchange. So, you must check the category before requesting an exchange.

We would start a reverse pickup and an additional fee is a charge for reverse pick up. It takes about 3-20 days for us to receive the product and the exchange would be initiated only after we receive the product. We would carry out a quality check ensuring that the product is in the original condition.
Customers who are not ready to accept COD orders after shipment won't be allowed to place any COD order in the future. We may enlist the customer in the non-COD list.
